Erasmus+: NOVA FCSH integrates the LAB-MOVIE Capacity Building project

The LAB-MOVIE Project, a Capacity Building financed by the Erasmus+ program, is now running. The project main goal is to create a Labor Market Observatory in Vietnam universities in order to analyze and understand the local labor market and acquire information about its demand and offer.

University of Padua leads the project, and the other consortium partners are from Spain (Salamanca University), Italy (STePS), Portugal (NOVA University Lisbon) and Vietnam (Hanoi University, Hanoi University of Industry, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Thai Nguyen University, Vietnam National University of Agriculture and the Hanoi Association of Small & Medium Enterprises).

The Internationalization and External Relations Office from Nova FCSH is working closely with the Rectory, through its International Development Office, for the projects’ Dissemination and Exploitation by developing the website contents, managing its social media, creation of the dissemination materials and organization of the promotional events.

The ‘Capacity Building in Higher Education’ projects of the Erasmus+ program, such as LAB-MOVIE, are transnational cooperation projects that aim to develop, transfer, and implement innovative practices in education, research, institutional modernization, and society in general. Participation in the LAB-MOVIE project reinforces NOVA’s responsibility to society, both locally and globally, by transferring best practices from European Observatories on Labour Market to Vietnamese Universities in order to help them to develop their own observatory to pursue their goals.
