Division of Information Technology and Digital Transformation
The Division of IT and Digital Transformation (DITD) is responsible for managing NOVA FCSH’s IT infrastructure, including the data center and its servers, computer rooms, workstations, software licenses, and providing IT support to the community — including helpdesk services, website hosting, and application support for systems such as Nonio, email, Microsoft 365, Moodle, and Turnitin.
It also manages institutional accounts for NOVA FCSH members and their corresponding access permissions, as well as the wired and wireless networks.
The DITD is also tasked with developing applications to support teaching and administrative services, and advising research units and researchers on website hosting and research data management.

Digital Development for Teaching and Services Unit (NDDES)

Digital Development for Research Unit (NDDI)

Functions:
- Support for the digital infrastructures of research units
- Definition of policies for website hosting
- Definition of research data management policies
